Booby Brunch

What if we could sit together, share a beautiful meal, sip champagne, and talk honestly about the things we’ve spent years feeling insecure about?

This is a topless women’s brunch!

But it’s about so much more than taking our tops off.

It’s about taking off some of the layers of shame, comparison, and self-consciousness we’ve learned to carry as women.

Over brunch, we’ll create space for honest conversation about our bodies, aging, beauty, sexuality, motherhood, desirability, confidence, and all the little ways we’ve learned to question whether we are enough.

There’s no expectation to look a certain way, feel a certain way, or share anything you’re not comfortable sharing. You can participate at your own pace. You can even wear fun lingerie instead of being topless if you’d like!

Come as you are. Sit with your body as it is. Eat good food. Drink champagne. Laugh. Listen. Share if you want to.

You’ll leave with a deeper sense of self, new/deepened friendships, and a professional photograph of yourself (topless or not!).

And perhaps you’ll also leave realizing that some of the things you thought were uniquely yours to be insecure about are actually things so many of us have carried quietly, too.

Because there is something powerful that happens when women stop comparing themselves to one another and start recognizing themselves in one another.

You don't have to love every part of yourself to let yourself be seen.

Return to Self: a Women's Half-day Retreat

Join us for a restorative and intentional half-day retreat designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and reset from within. Hosted at Evolve by Caitlin Navarro, DPT and Karina Smuca, this intimate experience blends movement, mindfulness, and nervous system support to leave you feeling grounded, energized, and clear.

We’ll begin the morning with a gentle, all-levels yoga flow to awaken the body and connect to breath. From there, you’ll be guided through a grounding breathwork and visualization practice (or meditation), followed by quiet time for reflection and journaling.

Next, sink into a deeply immersive sound bath to calm the mind and restore your nervous system. You’ll then experience contrast therapy: moving between heat and cold to invigorate circulation, build resilience, and promote full-body recovery. This is a guided experience so you’ll be fully supported.

We’ll close our time together in community with light snacks and an optional group share, creating space for connection and integration.

Schedule
9:00–10:00 AM — Yoga
10:00–10:30 AM — Guided Breathwork / Visualization + Journaling
10:30–11:00 AM — Sound Bath
11:00 AM–12:00 PM — Contrast Therapy
12:00–12:30 PM — Group Share + Snacks

Come as you are, leave feeling more like yourself!

Juicy June: pleasure and fun

Theme: “What would a life centered around pleasure look like?”

  • Pleasure beyond sexuality (food, rest, nature, touch)

  • Reclaiming joy without guilt

In our first women’s circle in April, a topic came up that stayed with me: earning rest. As in, the thought that we have to work hard enough or be productive enough to not feel guilty to lie on the sofa and watch Love is Blind with our favorite ice cream….

It got me thinking. What if we had to rest enough to “earn” work? What if we valued the pleasurable things in life as much or more than the “productive” things? How would life look?

This month’s women’s circle is all about that! Discovering what life would look like if it were centered around pleasure instead of productivity.

Together, we’ll explore:

  • Pleasure beyond sexuality

  • The relationship between joy and guilt

  • How disconnection from the body dulls our ability to feel

  • What your nervous system actually experiences as nourishing and safe, and create a day around that!

Sacred Rage Ceremony

Sacred Rage Ceremony

Step into a space where every emotion you’ve held, swallowed, managed, or carried is finally allowed to move. The Sacred Rage Ceremony is a guided embodied, cathartic journey designed to help you confront, express, and transform the rage that has woven itself into your life.

Together, we create a container where anger is honored as sacred energy—raw, honest, and telling the truth about what mattered to you, what hurt, what demanded boundaries, and what asked to be reclaimed. Through breathwork, vocal release, intentional shaking, and movement expression, we give the body permission to speak the language it has been holding inside.

Be sure to bring a journal, wear something you don’t mind getting wet (gym clothes or swim suit), and perhaps a change of clothes. (towels and showers available)

April: Watering the Garden

Theme: “Can I soften control?”

Core idea:
Not everything grows faster because you push it. Some things grow because you tend to them consistently and then allow space.

FREE Women's Circle at Casa Mandala

Every month, Caitlin hosts a FREE women’s circle in her office at Casa Mandala. This is a space to arrive as you are. You do not need to be “on.” You do not need to share if you feel quiet. You do not need to be IG ready.

This is not a networking event, a social media content driver, a place to perform. It is simply a place to gather with other women and pause life for a bit.

This is also a place to try out leading a group of women if you feel called. If you have a gift you’d like to share, Caitlin will provide the space.

April 23rd, Alexandra will be leading us in a SONG CIRCLE! No singing experience required. Come with an open heart and willingness to SING! :)

Sacred Rage Ceremony

Sacred Rage Ceremony

Step into a space where every emotion you’ve held, swallowed, managed, or carried is finally allowed to move. The Sacred Rage Ceremony is a guided rite of release—an embodied, cathartic journey designed to help you confront, express, and transform the rage that has woven itself through your year.

This is not chaos. This is not losing control.
This is devotion to your own liberation.

Together, we create a container where anger is honored as sacred energy—raw, honest, and telling the truth about what mattered to you, what hurt, what demanded boundaries, and what asked to be reclaimed. Through breathwork, vocal release, intentional shaking, and ritual expression, we give the body permission to speak the language it has been holding inside.

We move through layers:
• the anger you hid to keep peace
• the frustration that settled in your chest
• the resentment that built slowly
• the fury that arrived suddenly
• the “I’m fine” that was never true

With grounding practices, fire elements, and collective support, the ceremony guides you through the alchemy of rage—shifting it from weight to wisdom, from tension to clarity, from contraction to power. By meeting your own fire without fear, you free yourself to step into the new year unburdened, unblocked, and unmistakably you.
