This workshop is designed to introduce you to the anatomy and physiology of the pelvic floor, helping you understand how this essential group of muscles supports movement, stability, and overall well-being. In addition to the physical foundations, we will explore the spiritual and energetic dimensions of the pelvic space—how it relates to creativity, intuition, emotional storage, and embodied presence. Through education, guided awareness, and experiential practices, participants will develop a deeper connection to their pelvic floor and a more integrated relationship with their body.

This workshop is an empowering, shame-free exploration of your body—how wonderfully it works, how beautifully it was designed, and the wide spectrum of pleasure it is capable of experiencing. We’ll move beyond the basics and the myths to offer accurate information, body literacy, and embodied understanding, all in a supportive and judgment-free space. Expect to learn, laugh, and reconnect with your body in a way that feels affirming, curious, and deeply empowering.

Dr. Caitlin brings over 10 years of weightlifting experience to help you and your friends build strength in a way that is sustainable, effective, and accessible. Participants will learn how to confidently use gym equipment, practice proper form and technique, assess their current fitness level, and progress safely over time. The workshop also includes guidance toward a personalized approach to muscle building, setting the foundation for long-term success and consistency.

We have a whole team of gifted and amazing women, including a yoga instructor, sound healer, sauna guides, chefs, intuitives at more! We can dream up an amazing day or half-day retreat for you and your best girls! Sky’s the limit here! Let’s dream!
