    This workshop is designed to introduce you to the anatomy and physiology of the pelvic floor, helping you understand how this essential group of muscles supports movement, stability, and overall well-being. In addition to the physical foundations, we will explore the spiritual and energetic dimensions of the pelvic space—how it relates to creativity, intuition, emotional storage, and embodied presence. Through education, guided awareness, and experiential practices, participants will develop a deeper connection to their pelvic floor and a more integrated relationship with their body.

    Dr. Caitlin brings over 10 years of weightlifting experience to help you and your friends build strength in a way that is sustainable, effective, and accessible. Participants will learn how to confidently use gym equipment, practice proper form and technique, assess their current fitness level, and progress safely over time. The workshop also includes guidance toward a personalized approach to muscle building, setting the foundation for long-term success and consistency.
