A one-day immersion in grounding, release, and renewal.
Join us for our second annual Spring Equinox Women’s Retreat, a deeply embodied, heart-opening day designed to help you shed the weight of winter, reconnect to your body’s wisdom, and step into spring feeling clear, grounded, and alive.
The Spring Equinox marks a gentle shift—moving from the retreating and resting of winter into the awakening and growth of spring. It’s a time when the body and spirit naturally begin to stir, asking for movement, expression, and renewal.
This shift invites us to emerge slowly and intentionally, carrying forward the wisdom of winter while making space for new energy, creativity, and clarity. Together, we’ll honor this transition by tending to what is ready to grow—and releasing what no longer needs to be held.
What to expect:
-morning yoga
-nourishing breakfast, coffee and tea
-pelvic space anatomy and energetics workshop
-visualization meditation
-break for lunch/integration
-guided sacred rage ceremony
-sound bath
-guided contrast therapy (sauna/cold plunge)

In this workshop, we will start with an all levels group workout led by Andrea, because regular movement of your body encourages regular movement of your bowels. After the workout, Dr. Caitlin will lead us through an informative pelvic floor class and teach the relevance of pelvic floor and abdominal muscle health to bowel health. We will follow that up with a nutrition lesson from Andrea. Finally, we will put it all together by creating and individualized “bowel routine.”
We will provide healthy snacks and drinks! Bring your water bottle and wear workout clothes!
You’ll leave with:
A feeling of accomplishment after a good workout
An understanding of how pelvic floor and abdominal muscles influence bowel health
A plan for eating well for good bowel movements
Healthy snacks to inspire good eating habits
An individualized “bowel routine” to promote regularity
