Why the Spring Equinox?

The Spring Equinox marks a gentle shift—moving from the retreating and resting of winter into the awakening and growth of spring. It’s a time when the body and spirit naturally begin to stir, asking for movement, expression, and renewal.

This shift invites us to emerge slowly and intentionally, carrying forward the wisdom of winter while making space for new energy, creativity, and clarity. Together, we’ll honor this transition by tending to what is ready to grow—and releasing what no longer needs to be held.

A One-Day Immersion in grounding, Release & Renewal

Join us for our second annual Spring Equinox Women’s Retreat, a deeply embodied, heart-opening day designed to help you shed the weight of winter, reconnect to your body’s wisdom, and step into spring feeling clear, grounded, and alive.

The journey of the day: what to expect

01 / morning grounding

We begin by gently awakening the body through yoga, led by Karina. This hour long session is designed to ground your nervous system and open the hips and pelvis—the center of creation, intuition, and power.

We will break for a nourishing breakfast, coffee and tea.

From there, we’ll explore pelvic space anatomy and energetics, weaving together physical understanding with inner wisdom. You’ll gain insight into how this sacred space holds emotion, memory, creativity, and resilience—and how to support it with awareness and care.

Next, you’ll be guided through a deep visualization meditation, allowing the body to integrate what you’ve learned and opening an inner landscape of clarity, intuition, and renewal.

02 / afternoon release

We’ll break for lunch and rest, giving you time to refuel, connect with others, or enjoy quiet integration.

Afternoon: Expression, Release & Alchemy

After lunch, we will meet at Evolve (in the Commons) for a guided Sacred Rage Ceremony—a powerful, intentional container to safely express what has been suppressed, silenced, or held too tightly.

This is not about losing control. It’s about reclaiming your voice, honoring your boundaries, and transmuting anger into clarity, strength, and truth.

03 / evening integration

From there, you’ll be enveloped in a restorative sound bath, allowing vibration and frequency to soothe the nervous system, soften the body, and seal the emotional work of the day.

Integration Through Contrast Therapy

We close the day with contrast therapy—moving between sauna heat and cold plunge—to support detoxification, circulation, mental clarity, and deep embodiment.

This final ritual anchors the day’s experiences into your body, leaving you feeling energized, resilient, and profoundly alive.

At our closing circle, you are invited to share any shifts, realizations, and dreams that came up for you during the day.

This retreat is for you if:

  • You feel called to explore feminine anatomy, energetics, and expression

  • You’re craving reconnection with your body and inner wisdom

  • You want to release emotional buildup and step into spring lighter

  • You’re ready for both gentleness and intensity—held with care

  • You value community, ritual, and embodied healing

No prior experience with yoga, meditation, or contrast therapy is required. All practices are guided, optional, and offered with respect for your boundaries.

Spaces are intentionally limited to preserve the intimacy and integrity of the experience.

We would be honored to hold this day with you.
