Let’s get things moving!
In this workshop, we will start with a group workout led by Andrea, because regular movement of your body encourages regular movement of your bowels. After the workout, Dr. Caitlin will lead us through an informative pelvic floor class and teach the relevance of pelvic floor and abdominal muscle health to bowel health, followed by a nutrition lesson from Andrea.
We will provide healthy snacks and drinks! Bring your water bottle and wear workout clothes!
You’ll leave with:
A feeling of accomplishment after a good workout
An understanding of how pelvic floor and abdominal muscles influence bowel health
A plan for eating well for good bowel movements
